What is the application process for your property rentals?

The first step is to fill out an application, which can be filled online or picked up in person at our office. Then, bring the necessary documentation and pay the $25 application fee. It will take us about 2 days to verify the information, at which time we will contact the prospective tenant to let them know if they were approved.

What payment methods are accepted for the monthly rent payment?

For security purposes, cash payments are no longer accepted. Alternatively, tenants can pay with Money Orders, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, CashApp or Venmo.

What is your policy for security deposits and refunds?

The standard Security Deposit policy for all our renters states that in order to get their deposit back, tenants are required to submit a 30 Days’ Notice in writing before they move out, at which time the apartment will be inspected for any damages, which will be deducted from the Deposit along with any and all outstanding debt on the tenants ledger which can include but is not limited to ; balance from incomplete rent payments, unpaid late fees, pet fees or parking fees.

Once all deductions have been made, tenants can come to the office to pick up the check for the remaining Deposit Balance.
